  • What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

IWD is an opportunity to celebrate and uplift the women who have broken barriers. A day for educating everyone to understand the issues related to women and discuss how to address the same.

  • In your opinion, what could be improved in your professional daily life?

Having a few panel discussions to talk about new things in the industry can boost the mindset according to me. It would be great to have a few seniors or mentors whose brain we can pick. These are very important for career growth in any industry.

  • Do you consider yourself a feminist?

Yes, I do consider myself a feminist. There should be equal cerebral opportunities for everybody, irrespective of their genders.

  • Has any piece of art or artist inspired you as a woman?

My inspiration comes from Maria Panfilova. I have been following her art from a very long time, and it is truly remarkable.

  • What advice would you give to young women considering a career in animation?

My advice for young women in animation is like what I would say to anybody who is considering a career in animation: Learn the basics. Art is the base for everything we do in our industry. Also never stop learning, be curious, and be true to your work.
