Our strength and success is a result of our people. Mikros Animation is a multi-cultural community where staff are respected. We encourage a passion for animation craft by developing people’s talent through the creative challenges of each of our projects.
We also support mobility and growth and are able to offer a breadth of opportunities thanks to the large variety of projects produced and crafted in our international studios.
To ensure life at Mikros Animation is engaging and inclusive, our studio teams organize local events and foster collaboration with our international community – there is always something happening to ensure our people are able to grow and develop in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
At Mikros Animation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is key in order to reflect the audiences we reach and countries we operate in.
Our artistry is as diverse as our artistic community. This diversity fosters creativity and inspires us to create stories that are reflective of society and promote inclusivity and equality for all.
This is why we aim to recruit and retain the most talented people who share these values, whatever their disciplines and experiences, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, or ability status.
I've been working at Mikros Animation in Paris since the studio's very first feature film, Asterix - The Mansions of the Gods - A great challenge for the studio and the teams: the first 3D adaptation of the adventures of iconic characters. Then came Sherlock Gnomes, Asterix - The Secret of the Magic Potion and The Tiger's Apprentice. These are projects that allowed me to gain experience and evolve as a CG supervisor, with the renewed pleasure of participating in bringing new stories to life with exceptional directors.Stephanie Aubriot - CG Supervisor
My best memory of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge On The Run is when I saw the great work my team did being handed over to the other departments and how they managed to perfect what we did... Like the surfacing department subliming our textures, and then the lighting department applying the right atmosphere, all the sets taking shape - that puts sparkles in my eyes. And when everything gets in the hands of the compositing department, with the animation on top, it's amazing!Vincent Duponchel - Texturing Supervisor on The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run
